Kunststoff filter gehäuse, Auch als Präzisions filter aus Kunststoff bekannt, besteht aus einem UPVC-, PP-, PVDF-Gehäuse und einem Filter beutel, schmelz geblasenen Filter patronen oder Filter patronen mit hohem Durchfluss. Das Gehäuse verfügt über stabile Struktur, starke Umwelt anpassungs fähigkeit und Haltbarkeit.

Es wird haupt sächlich nach multimedialer Vorbehandlung filtration und vor Membran filtration anlagen wie Umkehrosmose und Ultra filtration installiert. Es wird verwendet, um die verbleibenden Spuren suspendierter Feststoffe, Kolloide, Mikro organismen im Wasser sowie feine Materialien (wie winzige Quarzsand, Aktivkohle partikel usw.) nach der Multimedia-Filtration heraus zu filtern. um die Wasser filtration genauigkeit sicher zustellen und das Membran filtration element vor Schäden durch große Partikel zu schützen. Es hat bestimmte Preisvorteile im Vergleich zu Edelstahl filter gehäusen und FRP-Filter gehäusen.

Merkmale

Kunststoff-Präzisions filter gehäuse haben eine gute Korrosions beständigkeit und können in sauren und alkalischen Umgebungen verwendet werden. Es kann auf Felder angewendet werden, in die Edelstahl und Kohlenstoffs tahl nicht gelangen können.
Das Filter gehäuse verfügt über eine kompakte Struktur, ein schönes Erscheinung sbild, eine einfache Installation und Bedienung sowie einen geringen Platzbedarf.
Die Filter gehäuse übernehmen ein All-in-One-Formteil und werden standard isiert hergestellt, wodurch der Austausch und die Wartung erleichtert werden.
Die Filter abdeckung und der Körper werden mit breiten Gewinden oder Augen schrauben verbunden und abgedichtet, was nicht nur die intakte Dichtung leistung des Filter gehäuses gewähr leistet, sondern auch Komfort und Geschwindigkeit bei der Demontage und Installation der Ersatz filter patronen bringt.
Das Manometer und das Auslass ventil sind separat installiert, um den Betrieb zu erleichtern, und verursachen nicht, dass das Manometer vibriert, wenn es anstrengend ist.
