The Dominican client is a professional bottled water production enterprise with strict requirements for water quality safety and disinfection. To enhance the disinfection efficiency of its water treatment system and ensure that its products meet international hygiene standards, the client has decided to introduce a high-efficiency, stable ozone water system that can fully integrate with the existing bottled water filling production line.

The client has highly specific requirements, including clear specification for ozone output, concentration, and flow rate. Additionally, they have designated specific brands and materials for key system components such as the ozone generator, power module, gas supply system, cooling system, etc. Furthermore, they require comprehensive technical support, including system design, installation guidance, operational training, etc.

Product Customization & Design

After gaining an in-depth understanding of the client's needs, our technical team engaged in multiple discussions with the client to ensure a comprehensive grasp of their performance expectations regarding the ozone water system's performance, installation environment, and operational parameters.

To make the solution more intuitive, we provided system design diagrams, circuit diagrams, 3D renderings, and PID flowcharts, offering a detailed visualization of the system layout, core component connections, and electrical control logic. Additionally, we prepared a configuration list specifying the brands, models, and materials of key components to ensure compliance with the client's standards.

Furthermore, we carefully prepared a product user manual covering operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting guidelines, helping clients quickly familiarize themselves with the system and maintain efficient and stable system operation.

Design Highlights

The key design highlight of this product is its automated control. We have equipped the ozone water system with an online ozone monitor and a PLC control system. When the ozone water concentration reaches the set value, the ozone generator and water pump will temporarily pause operation; If the ozone water concentration drops below the set value, the ozone generator and water pump will automatically start running, ensuring that the ozone concentration in the water remains at the required level at all times.
