ZW Self-Priming Non-Clogging Sewage Pump

The ZW series self-priming non-clogging sewage pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge capabilities, utilizing an axial recirculation external mixing design. Through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it not only functions like a general self-priming clean water pump without the need for a bottom valve and priming water but also efficiently handles liquids containing large solid particles and long-fiber impurities. This pump features a simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capability, high efficiency and energy saving, and convenient use and maintenance. It is widely applicable in municipal sewage projects, river pond aquaculture, light industry, paper making, textiles, food processing, chemical industry, power generation, fiber, pulp, and other chemical media involving mixed suspensions, making it an ideal pump for handling impurities.

Usage Range

  • Ambient temperature ≤ 50 °C, medium temperature ≤ 80 °C, special requirements can reach 200 °C
  • The medium's pH value of 6–9 is suitable for cast iron material, while 1–14 is for stainless steel 304 or 316L
  • The medium density should not exceed 1240 kg/m3.
  • The self-priming height must not exceed the specified value of the pump, and the total length of the suction pipe should ideally be ≤ 10 m.
  • The diameter of suspended particles that can be passed through is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the pump diameter.

The ZWⅡ series second-generation high-efficiency self-priming sewage pump isa novel product jointly designed by our company and Zhejiang University of Technology. It was developed after extensive research into similar technologies at home and abroad. After optimizing and redesigning the pump body and impeller, the efficiency is generally improved by more than 10% compared to the ZW self-priming sewage pump, ensuring stable operation and reliable performance, truly achieving high efficiency and energy saving. It is also suitable for municipal sewage engineering, pond aquaculture, light industry, paper making, textile, food, chemical engineering, electric power, fiber, slurry, and mixed suspension chemical media.

Usage Range

  • Ambient temperature ≤ 50 °C, medium temperature ≤ 80 °C. Special requirements can reach 200 °C (custom mechanical seal external flushing water cooling required).
  • Medium density does not exceed 1240 kg/m3.
  • Medium pH value for cast iron material is 6–9, for stainless steel it is 2–13.
  • Self-priming height must not exceed the specified value (4–5 m), total length of the suction pipe should be ≤ 10 m (water temperature 20 °C, standard atmospheric pressure).
  • The diameter of suspended particles that can be passed through is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the pump diameter
  • When the medium temperature is high, the self-priming height and suction pipe length need to be reduced.
