Float Switch – Simple Structure, Reliable Operation

The float switch is a sensing device that controls switch actions based on liquid level changes. It is widely used in water tanks, sewage treatment, industrial liquid level monitoring, chemical storage tanks, cooling systems, and other applications. It achieves precise monitoring of the liquid level by using a float to drive the internal contact switch as the liquid level rises and falls, and can automatically control the start and stop of the water pump or emit high and low liquid level alarm signals based on set values. The float switch supports multi-point control and can set multiple liquid level control points according to different needs, making it suitable for industrial automation control systems with strict liquid level requirements. Its installation method is flexible, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation, and it does not require an external power source, enabling long-term stable operation in various environments.
