1 Pilot Operated Normally Closed Solenoid Valve

Stable Pilot-Operated Normally Closed Solenoid Valves

Pilot-operated solenoid valves are devices that use electromagnetic principles and pressure differential to control the opening and closing of valves, utilizing a smaller pilot valve to control the main valve's operation.

In the de-energized state, a pilot-operated normally closed solenoid valve maintains the main valve closed through spring force or medium pressure. When the solenoid coil is energized, the medium pressure drives the main valve core to move, opening the main valve and allowing the medium to flow.

The pilot-operated solenoid valves are widely Used: Ideal for controlling high-pressure and large-diameter pipelines.

  • Energy Saving: Power is only used to operate the small pilot valve, resulting in relatively low energy consumption.
  • Stable Performance: Suitable for complex or precise control systems, allowing for smoother control over fluid pressure and flow.
