On March 29th, our company's sales team visited the EDI module production workshop to gain an in-depth understanding of the production process and component quality. The purpose of this visit is to enhance the sales team's understanding of EDI modules, deepen technical communication, and enable them to provide customers with the highest standard of ultrapure water solutions.

First, the sales team participated in EDI module product training led by the Technical Director. The training covered EDI working principles, application scenarios, selection advice, and analysis of common issues. The training session was lively, with active participation from the sales team who asked questions and interacted with the presenter. This provided a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent workshop tour.

Subsequently, led by the Technical Director, the sales team toured the EDI module production line, observing each strictly controlled step from membrane assembly, potting, and drying to shell assembly and quality inspection. This tour fully demonstrated our company's refined management and automated production capabilities.

At the testing station, the sales team witnessed the EDI module's water testing process. Each unit undergoes rigorous pressure testing and performance evaluation before leaving the factory to ensure stable and reliable parameters such as conductivity and flow rate. The Workshop Foreman also explained the product packaging process to the sales team. From shock-absorbing foam and sealed, moisture-proof materials to the application of product and shipping labels, every step is meticulously executed to ensure each product is delivered safely and intact to the customer.

This visit to the production workshop provided the team with a deeper understanding of the entire EDI module production process. Going forward, our company will continue to organize more diverse workshop visits. Through this open-door approach and technical exchange platform, we aim to create higher value products and services for our customers.
