Strengthening Team Expertise through UV Water Sterilizer Training

Recently, our company specially invited a professional UV production technology team to conduct UV water sterilizer training. This training focused on the core knowledge and application skills of UV disinfection and scale inhibitor products, helping our sales team bridge the gap between product theory and practical application, thereby comprehensively elevating their professional service capabilities.

This training session, led by technical experts, systematically presented the UV industry's leading position – focusing on UV product research and development, and firmly securing a top-tier domestic ranking in the realm of small household UV equipment. The training specifically analyzed the product characteristics of the four main UV series: SSE, SDE, SDS, and SDB. It covered core advantages such as single-end spherical design (for convenient installation), adjustable brackets (for multi-scenario adaptability), and built-in ballasts (for compact structure). Furthermore, it detailed the selection rationale for standard configurations (featuring 304 stainless steel and domestic lamps) versus customized solutions (incorporating 316L material and Philips lamps), thereby guiding the team to accurately recommend products based on specific customer flow rates and usage environments.

Furthermore, the training introduced new technological highlights, including the UV LED whole-house disinfection system (flow rate 12 gallons/minute) and the internal PTFE-coated chamber process specifically designed for swimming pool water treatment. It also covered the core principles and product system of physical scale inhibitors (residential, commercial, and industrial series), emphasizing their key advantages: maintenance-free operation, extended lifespan, and zero chemical residue. To emphasize product reliability, the experts also detailed stringent quality control processes. These include ultrasonic cleaning of UV chambers and 8 kg water pressure testing, a 2-hour aging test for ballasts, raw material corrosion resistance testing, and a 100,000-cycle water hammer test for new products, among other critical stages.

During the interactive session, sales representatives actively raised questions regarding practical business concerns such as flow parameters, lamp selection, and shipping volume. The experts provided on-site responses and shared successful case studies of scale inhibitor applications in water heaters and industrial boilers, further clarifying product application logic and customer communication strategies.

This training not only reinforced our sales team's technical expertise and service orientation but also established a solid foundation for future in-depth collaboration between both parties. Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen technical exchanges with high-quality manufacturers. Through regular product training and information updates, we aim to continuously enhance the professionalism and precision of our customer service, thereby providing the market with more competitive UV disinfection and scale inhibition solutions.
