Compared with the manual filter control valve which needs manually switch station, the Runxin automatic filter control valve can realize automatic station switching, filtering, backwashing and washing functions by setting time or flow parameters, and does not need labor waiting and improves the work efficiency.
The automatic filter valve defaults to the LED display and some models have an optional LCD screen.
The water capacity of 4-50 m3/h can better match the different needs of customers.

When the system is in running operation, the control panel running status icon lights up. At this time, the raw water enters the control valve from inlet, passes through valve body from the top of valve core, and enters tank through top strainer, and becomes purified water after passing through the filter media layer. The purified water returns to riser pipe via bottom strainer and flows out from outlet.
When the running flow rate is reduced to 0, the system enters regeneration and the main control board controls the motor to drive the terminal large gear to rotate and drive moving disk at the same time The relative positions of moving disk and fixed disk change, causing flow channel to change. After reaching the backwash position, the control panel backwash status icon lights up. Raw water enters the control valve from inlet, enters riser pipe from the upper part of valve core, reaches the lower part of tank, and enters the tank by bottom strainer. Under the action of water flow, the filter media layer is loosened, and the broken activated carbon and intercepted dirt are discharged from drain.
Backwash ends when backwash time is reduced to 0. The main control board controls the motor rotation to make the relative position of the moving disk and fixed disk change, and flow channel changes again. After reaching the brine slow wash state, the control panel fast rinse status icon lights up. Raw water enters the control valve from the inlet, enters tank from top strainer. It removes impurities caused by the backwash at the bottom tank and returns to riser pipe via bottom strainer and discharges from drain. When the set time is reached, fast rinse ends and then enters the running state.
