Universal FRP Tanks– ISO 9001, NSF & CE Certified

Universal FRP tank is a kind of non-metallic composite tank reinforced by winding resin and glass fiber together through microcomputer controlled machine. Common colors are original and blue. It comes in a full range of sizes with a diameter of 6"–80" and a height of 10"–79"; It is NSF and CE certified. Both colors and models can be customized upon request.

Universal FRP tanks are equipped with an upper opening and a lower opening (except for 2.5" and part of 4") to facilitate medium loading and unloading.

Structure

Universal FRP tank components as well as upper port and base shapes

Universal FRP tanks are generally composed of upper opening, lower opening (except for 2.5" and part of 4"), tank body and a base.

Opening
- PPO material, thread connection (2.5" and 4")
- Aviation aluminum, flange connection (6")
Base
- Standard base: reinforce plastic (tank size: 6"–16");
- Round base: reinforced plastic (tank size: 18"–21");
- Tripod base: FRP (tank size: 24"–80")
- Some models will have adjustments.

Features

Unique dust-proof design, 2.5"/4" FRP tanks are provided with bead cotton dust cover,; 6" flange FRP tanks are equipped with a dust cover.
If the tank is provided with an upper port, materials are loaded and unloaded from the upper port; if it is provide with an upper port and a lower port, materials are loaded from the upper port and unloaded from the lower port.
Our FRP tanks are ISO 9001 and CE certified.
