Recently, our company successfully held a knowledge training session on high salinity water treatment technology. This training was conducted by senior technical personnel from our partner company, who systematically explained and trained our sales personnel on professional knowledge, aiming to deepen employees' understanding of advanced membrane treatment technology and ensure that we provide our clients with the highest standard of water treatment solutions.
During the training, senior technical personnel supported by rich systematic experience and professional technology detailed the composition and design of seawater desalination complete systems, while also explaining the applications of high salinity water treatment technology, including seawater desalination, wastewater resource recovery, zero discharge of wastewater, leachate treatment, desalination systems, and reclaimed water reuse. In addition, sales personnel interacted with technical personnel, and both sides conducted in-depth discussions on customer needs and issues encountered in actual business, sharing each other's experiences and insights, which enhanced the business capabilities of the sales personnel.
Through this training, not only was the sales team's understanding of high salinity water treatment technology deepened, but the practical skills of the sales team members in introducing products to customers, addressing customer issues and challenges, etc., were also enhanced, ensuring that they are capable of providing more professional and efficient services to customers, thereby further strengthening the company's competitiveness in the market.
