Membrane Treatment System

Membrane treatment system aims to remove dissolved substances, microorganisms, ions and other microscopic pollutants from the water through various membrane technologies (e.g., ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis) to ensure that the water quality meets industrial water standards.

  • Microfiltration (MF) system: Removes fine suspended particles, bacteria, and some viruses from the water.
  • Ultrafiltration (UF) System: Further removes smaller viruses and high molecular weight organic compounds, ensuring a higher degree of water purity.
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO) system: Uses high pressure to force water through a semi-permeable membrane, effectively removing ions, heavy metals, nitrates, and other dissolved contaminants.

Post Treatment System

Post-treatment system aims to further treat and condition the membrane-treated water to meet the needs of specific industrial applications and to ensure stability and suitability of water quality.

  • Electrodeionization (EDI) System: Removes remaining ions through electrodeionization, producing ultra-pure water suitable for industries like semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.
  • Polishing System: Uses mixed-bed resins for final polishing, further reducing ion content to achieve extremely pure water quality.
  • UV Sterilize System: Ultraviolet light is used to eliminate any remaining microorganisms, ensuring the microbiological safety of the water.
