  • Designed and developed specifically for space sterilization in the food and pharmaceutical industries, with a simple and elegant appearance, portable, and easy to operate. It uses air as raw material, and after drying treatment, the ozone concentration is stable.
  • The discharge tube uses high-purity ceramics as the dielectric material, which is processed through exquisite ceramic interface polishing technology. It can withstand high temperatures and pressures (1600 °C, 100KV), and achieve 30,000 hours of trouble-free operation, greatly enhancing the reliability of the entire equipment (the entire unit has undergone a 3,000 hour continuous operation test).
  • The application of IGBT inverter high-voltage high-frequency power supply (18KV, 20KHZ) generates a strong and stable electric field in the discharge tube, producing corona discharge, effectively improving the efficiency of the generation unit and saving electricity.
  • The high efficiency of the generation unit determines the compactness of the entire equipment, making it 1/4–1/3 smaller in size than that of similar products. The generation unit adopts a modular design, making it easy to form a larger generation system. Moreover, if one module fails, it does not affect the operation of other modules. Effective cooling ensures that ozone production remains highly stable.
