Butt Weld Tee Fittings for Converging Or Diverging Flow

Butt weld tees, also known as T-shaped pipes or branch pipes, are commonly used pipe fittings in piping systems where fluid or gas needs to be diverted. They are connected to the main pipeline and two branch pipelines by welding, allowing the fluid to be diverted from the main pipeline to the two branch pipelines, or to converge from the two branch pipelines into the main pipeline. This simplifies the layout of the piping system and improves its efficiency and performance.

It connects pipes of the same diameter to achieve fluid diversion or convergence in different directions.
The branch direction of the pipe is perpendicular to the main pipe, allowing the fluid to make a vertical turn between the branch pipe and the main pipe.
The wall thickness range is SCH5S-XXS. For seamless tee fittings, the size range is 1/2''–24'' (DN15–DN600), and for welded tee fittings, the size range is 1/2''–48'' (DN15–DN1200).
It is connected to the pipeline by welding, and has high strength and sealing performance, and can withstand high pressure and temperature.
It is made of stainless steel, duplex steel, or special alloy steel, and has corrosion resistance, and can resist corrosion media such as oxidation, acidity, alkalinity, and salt solution.
