Motor-X Micro-Mechanical Motor Dosing Pump Achieves Multi-Directional Installation

Motor-X micro-mechanical motor dosing pump is a new type motor-driven mechanical diaphragm dosing pump. It adopts more advanced low noise, low pulse design and has electromagnetic pump size yet mechanical pump performance. It is equipped with an integrated pump head with check valves to reduce spare parts wear. The pump head can be installed in multiple directions and easy to operate. The plastic shell has higher water-proof class and offers great water-proof performance. The pump flow rate adjustment is more stable and accurate, achieving stable operating.

Working Principle

Motor-X type dosing pump is equipped with a stable running motor. When the motor is energized, its rotation is transmitted to the eccentric mechanism on the main shaft through the transmission mechanism. The front end of the push rod in contact with the eccentric mechanism has a pure PTFE diaphragm. When the diaphragm moves forward, it discharges the liquid in the dosing pump through the outlet valve. Then, the eccentric mechanism undergoes a return stroke, and the push rod and PTFE diaphragm return under the action of the spring. The liquid is sucked into the dosing pump through the inlet valve, completing one working cycle.
