DFD Manual Operation Type

  • Quick and simplified manual operation mode
  • Buttons are used to control start and stop of the pump and set the stroke frequency (spm); setting range of stroke frequency is from 1(spm) to the maximum frequency value; whenever the pump is running or stops, the flow can be adjusted.
  • Flow range is 1–55 L/H, maximum pressure is 20 bar.
  • 5 flow stages are optional that is more accurate and controllable.
  • Current working frequency is digitally displayed.
  • Could be equipped with a liquid level switch interface.

DP Manual & Pulse Operation Type

  • Manual operation control mode: adjusted by Up and Down buttons, whenever the pump is running or stops, the stroke frequency of the pump can be adjusted by control button.
  • Pulse signal control mode: a remote automatic control mode and frequency division mode and frequency multiplication mode are optional to adjust the proportional dosing and further control the stroke frequency of the pump.
  • Current working frequency is digitally displayed.
  • Equipped with a liquid level switch interface.

Working Principle

The electromagnetic push rod of the electromagnet is provided with a PTFE diagram. When the electromagnet is energized, the electromagnetic push rod pushes the PTFE diaphragm to discharge the liquid in the pump head of the dosing pump out of the dosing pump through the outlet valve. Then the electromagnet is curt off. The electromagnetic push rod and PTFE diaphragm return under the action of the spring. The liquid is sucked into the dosing pump through the inlet valve of the dosing pump to complete a working cycle.
