Beyond centrifugal pumps, inline circulating pumps, variable frequency pumps, and pool pumps primarily used for general water supply, circulation, and boosting, we also offer a diverse range of other pumps tailored for specific applications. High-pressure seawater desalination pumps are purpose-built for RO systems, exhibiting high corrosion resistance and high-pressure delivery to ensure stable system operation. Lubrication oil pumps are widely implemented in mechanical equipment lubrication systems, providing continuous viscous media transfer. Split-casing pumps offer structural flexibility, facilitating ease of maintenance and installation, making them well-suited for constrained spaces or specialized layout demands. Mixed-flow pumps, combining axial and centrifugal principles, are suitable for high-flow, medium-low head applications and are widely used in agricultural irrigation and drainage projects. A diverse product portfolio meets the conveyance demands of various industries, facilitating efficient and reliable system operation.

XY Lubrication Oil Pump For Thin Oil
Applications
NSC Single-stage Double-suction Split Case Pump
Single-stage double-suction split-case pumps are available in horizontal and vertical configurations. The pump casing is horizontally split along the pump axis, with the upper half being the pump cover and the lower half the pump body. The suction and discharge ports are located below the pump shaft and the impeller centerline is perpendicular to the axis. Sealing options include either packing seals or mechanical seals. High-temperature, split-case pumps utilize a centerline support structure. Bearing systems typically use grease lubrication while high-head or high-temperature pumps use thin oil lubrication with a water-cooling jacket. The pump operates stably, has a broad high-efficiency range, and offers strong adaptability.
Performance Scope
NDS Axially Split Case Multistage Pump
The axially split multistage pump features a pump casing that is horizontally split along the shaft centerline, with the upper part serving as the pump cover and the lower part as the pump body. Both the suction port and the discharge port are located on the pump casing below the shaft centerline. The impellers are arranged symmetrically to automatically balance axial thrust, eliminating the need for a complex balancing mechanism. The pump utilizes a mechanical seal. It adopts a centerline-supported structure with separate pump feet. The bearing housing is designed with air cooling, and each end of the shaft is equipped with a fan on the outer side of the bearing to facilitate heat dissipation.
