Vertical Inline Circulation Pump – Maintaining Fluid Stability in Inline Systems

The vertical pipeline circulation pump is a specifically configured circulation pump, with its motor and pump body mounted vertically to save space and fit into compact installation environments. The LD vertical pipeline circulation pump is equipped with a standard motor and mechanical seal, making it less susceptible to the effects of impurities in the pumped liquid.

This product is applied for thin, clean, non-flammable, non-explosive, solid free, fiber free, physically and chemically water-like liquid. The performance curved will descend and energy consumption will be increased if the liquid viscosity or density is beyond the required level.

The following descriptions apply to the curves shown below:

All curves are based on the measured values of motor 3 x 380V, 50Hz, under the constant speed of 2900 rpm, 1450 rpm or 1480 rpm, 60Hz: under the constant speed of 3500 rpm, 1750 rpm.
Curve tolerance conforms to lSO9906:2012, Grade 3B.
Measurement is done with 20 °C air-free water, without impurities.
The operation of pump shall refer to the performance region indicated by the thickened curve to prevent overheating due to too small flow rate or overload of motor due to too large flow rate.
If the thickness and density of the pumped liquid is different from water, the motor power should be adjusted.
