Snowate Digital Metering Pump with Adjustable Suction Speed

The Snowate digital metering pump is a compact, volumetric diaphragm dosing pump equipped with a brushless DC motor (BLDC) and an intelligent electronic control system, achieving minimal energy consumption with up to 90% efficiency. By utilizing a helical gear and auxiliary spring design, it reduces energy consumption by 70% compared to traditional rebound mechanisms. The Snowate digital metering pump employs FOC closed-loop control and always operates at full stroke to ensure optimal dosing accuracy, priming capability, and suction performance. Based on the set flow rate, the duration of each discharge stroke is automatically adjusted to achieve smooth, continuous, and optimal output flow.

Operation history: The controller records the total power connection time, operating time, number of strokes and the number of power switches.
Highly integrated cost saving: Highly integrated, cost saving, save the installation site, rich control interface, can avoid the traditional frequency conversion motor, frequency converter and complex PLC system.
Water-proof/dust-proof: Install seals for each drive section and controller section to capture high water and dust resistance levels.
Adjustable speed: When delivering viscous liquids, the suction stroke speed can be changed to avoid cavitation. (Programmable suction speed: 75%, 50% or 25% of normal speed).
International standards: One of the EX features is that it is compatible with wide voltage operations worldwide (100–240 V AC) and is UL.CE compliant.
Capacity calibration: The pump was calibrated before leaving the factory, but due to differences in pipe layout and liquid characteristics. It is recommended to re-calibrate during installation.
Overpressure alarm: The overpressure alarm function requires no sensor or safety valve.Upon overpressure, the pump stops with an alert and provides alarm output.
Maintenance mode: The diaphragm can be moved forward to facilitate diaphragm replacement.

Output: Output 12V DC, can supply power to the instrument.
