The Snowate electromagnetic metering pump employs a modular compartment design with independent isolation of core components (pump head, drive system, and circuitry). It combines corrosion-resistant materials (such as PVC/PVDF pump heads and ceramic valve balls) with high-precision PTFE diaphragms to achieve a metering accuracy of ±1% and ensures a long service life.

This product supports global wide voltage ranges (AC100–240V) and offers multiple control options including pulse signal, 4–20mA current, and touch operation. It meets the precise dosing requirements in wastewater treatment, chemical/pharmaceutical processes, and clean water disinfection. It features low energy consumption, low maintenance, and strong environmental adaptability, making it widely used in automated industrial systems and environmental protection applications.

EJ Series

EJ Diaphragm Metering Pump is compact in structure. EJ series electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump is small in size, and the pump head is made of PP material, which has good corrosion resistance. The pump body is made of PPE + GF material, which can withstand high temperature. Using manual adjustment (EJ-P) or pulse signal control (EJ-A), screen display, adjustment range of 0–360 times per minute, more uniform dosing. Maximum pressure 10bar, maximum flow 9 L/H.

EJ-P Manual Type

Small size, cost saving EJ-P series electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump has small size and compact structure. It is a cost-effective electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump.
Adjustable frequency Use manual adjustment frequency, screen display adjustment range of 0–360 times per minute.
Corrosion resistance The pump head is made of PP material, which has good corrosion resistance. The pump body is made of PPE + GF material, which can withstand high temperature.

EJ-A Manual Type

Automatically by pulse EJ-A is an automatic dosing pump for liquid dosing with pulse signal. The dosing frequency is synchronized with the pulse with simple operation.
Exhaust function EJ series is equipped with exhaust outlet for easy exhaust and easy dosing.
Pulse multiplier and divide ratio function (optional) The working frequency of the pump can be controlled by the pulse signal with multiplication divide ratio. And can also contact Snowate team to make customized program.

EH-E Series

EH-E series electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump has a compact structure and a wide range of flow regulation, up to 75 L/H. The EH-E operates both under manual adjustment and automatically dosing under various external signals (MA and pulse signals).

Wide adjustment range: Stroke length adjustable from 20%–100%, frequency 0–360 spm, providing a broad flow range.
Multiple control modes: Supports manual, proportional, pulse, and count control, easily switchable via button.
Reliable protection: Aluminum alloy frame with IP65 waterproof and dust-proof design ensures resistance to liquid and gas corrosion.
Material options: Pump head available in PVC, PVDF, or SUS, with wetted parts made of corrosion-resistant materials such as ceramic, FKM, and PTFE.

LT Series

DC voltage operation: DC 12 V or DC 24 V
High frequency: 0–720 strokes per minute. Types of control: pulse signal. The minimum flow rate is 0.055 ml per stroke.
Waterproof and dust proof: The drive unit and control unit are water / dust resistant.

Pulse control

The pump can receive the pulse signal to work.
The pump works synchronously once by single pulse signal.
In addition to the power supply, input pulse signals are required to operate the pump.
Pump operating rate should not exceed 720 spm even if the external signal input pulse exceeds 720 spm.
