  • Industrial grade precision liquid filter housing is a precision filter specially designed for industrial field. It can be applied in various chemical materials and meet the requirements of different flow.
  • Its top in bottom out flow method ensures that the material liquid does not overflow when replacing a cartridge in process.
  • The filter housing can be designed into three-stage structure. The shell can be opened from top and bottom, the filter can be absolutely disassemble. For the application with some very harsh cleaning requirements, the filter can achieve full angle cleaning.
  • Industrial grade precision liquid filter housings use many times polishing process, ensure that the material liquid contact surface Ra reached 0.6 μm close to the sanitary requirement, the filter polished is mirror polished. It can be applied in high precision liquid filtration.
  • Two drain outlets, respectively in the top of the faceplate and the bottom of the filter, making the discharge easy and complete.
  • For more than 15 cartridges filter housing, the swing arm and eyebolt or quick open are optional, simple operation, economical and practical.

High Flow Liquid Filter Housing

  • High flow liquid filter housing, also known as big fat type housing, is specially designed for large diameter and high flow pipelines and mainly used in some high flow working conditions. It adopts pleated high flow filter cartridges, offering multiple filtration area than that of traditional perforated basket filter elements. Its over 50% open area and straight through structure deliver the highest flow rate and the lowest pressure difference, greatly lowering the overall dimensions and weight. As a result, it significantly reduces the investment input and operating costs, lowers the filter cartridge replacement frequency and saves labor resources.
  • Large flow liquid filter housings have two installation types: vertical and horizontal. 20" and 40" filters usually adopt vertical structure, while medium and large systems with a flow rate of more than 1000 t/h often chooses horizontal structure. It is equipped with 60" filter cartridge, meeting the high flow rate requirements. Besides, it also reduces the the number of times of cartridge replacement, making filter cartridge replacement more convenient.

  • Swing titanium rod housing is specially designed for the feed liquid with high solid content of impurities. With metal titanium cartridge or stainless steel cartridge, it can achieve an excellent effect of solid liquid separation. The filter shell can turn 180°, the solid impurity on the outside surface of cartridge can be drained completely.
