Single Cartridge Sanitary Filter Housing

Single cartridge sanitary filter housing is high-quality sanitary-grade filter housing which services for small flow rates.
Single cartridge sanitary filter housings have excellent surface treatment and maximal corrosion resistance to prevent bacterial contamination.
Using strong fast loading, the highest pressure of 0.6 MPa and 1.0 MPa.
Low exhaust valve and drain valve: The threaded sleeve and bell-shaped connector are detached, so when venting and draining, the connected hose will not rotate along with it.
The filter support legs use reinforced threads, making them less likely to strip and more durable. An adjustable nut can be installed at the bottom of the support legs to adjust the filter height, making it more convenient to use.

Multi Cartridge Sanitary Filter Housing

Multi-cartridge sanitary filter housing can meet the requirements of medium and small flow rates.
It features easy cleaning, thorough drainage, and no concerns about residual liquid.
For applications with some very harsh cleaning requirements, the filter housing faceplate is detachable to achieve full-angle cleaning.
The air release valve can be a quick-opening type, which allows for complete disassembly and ensures there are no dead corners during cleaning.
Small specification filter housings are equipped with an adjusting nut at the bottom feet, allowing adjustment of the filter's height for ease of use.

It features easy cleaning, thorough drainage, and no concerns about residual liquid.
For applications with some very harsh cleaning requirements, the filter housing faceplate is detachable to achieve full-angle cleaning.
Dealing with large flows, its compact design saves space.
The design of side-in bottom-out ensures that particles can be completely removed. At the same time, the tangent outlet makes sewage discharged thoroughly, facilitating easy operation by workers.
