KBV series butterfly valve is a type of rotary motion valve. The opening and closing part is a disc-shaped butterfly plate that controls the flow of the medium within the valve body by rotating the disc, thereby achieving the purpose of opening, closing, or regulating. It is generally suitable for large flow liquids or low-pressure gases. It features simple structure, small size, light weight, and easy to install and maintain.

KBV Series Butterfly Valve Working Principle
KBV series butterfly valve controls the flow rate and direction of fluid by rotating the valve disc. When the valve disc is in the closed position, it forms a sealed space between the disc and the valve seat to prevent fluid leakage. As the valve disc rotates to the open position, the gap between the disc and the seat gradually increases, thus allowing fluid to flow through the butterfly valve.
