Dry Run Protection: When the raw water supply is interrupted, to prevent the system from running idle, the controller will activate the dry run protection function. If the water supply pressure or level returns to normal, the controller will restart the RO system operation.

Low Pressure Protection: When the current stage pre-filter system is in the flushing, regeneration, or the security filter is clogged, it cannot provide normal water supply pressure to the RO system (i.e., low pressure is insufficient), the controller temporarily shuts down the entire RO system. After the pressure recovers for 1 minute, the RO control system will perform the first trial startup and run the RO system.

High Pressure Protection: When the system experiences overpressure, the controller proactively shuts down the entire RO system. After the high pressure is eliminated for 1 minute, the controller will perform the first trial run.

Pure water tank level control: When the pure water tank level is at the preset low level, the controller immediately starts the RO system to produce water. The system continues until the pure water tank level reaches the predetermined high level, at which point the system completes the membrane flushing and automatically switches to standby mode.

Timed membrane flushing: When the protection device and the operating status are normal, the system will perform the first membrane flushing each time it is powered on. Subsequently, membrane flushing occurs each time the low water production is activated, and after the production tank is full, the system automatically completes membrane flushing.
