SWUFD6563-33 retrofit module is developed to replace DOW Ultrafiltration module SFP-2660 with compatible dimensions to make sure no pipe and fitting change is required. SWUFD8966-51 and SWUFD8986-77 retrofit modules are developed to replace DOW Ultrafiltration module IP-51/IP-77 with compatible dimensions to ensure no piping and fitting change which will be well matched in IntegraPac IP-51/IP-77 Ultrafiltration Skids.

Working Process

In the process of UF membrane filtration, the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane is used as a driving force and UF membrane as the filter media.

Outside-In UF Membrane

Feed water enters the center tube of the UF membrane module from one end and flows through the surface of the hollow fiber membrane. Under the action of pressure difference, water and small molecules flow to the inside of the UF membrane through the dense micro pores and become the permeate, and then flows out from the other end of the UF membrane. The substances larger than the micro-pores in the feed water are retained on the surface of the membrane and become concentrate, and then flows out from the side port.
