Working Principle

Sanitary-grade stainless steel precision filters can accommodate one or multiple filter cartridges based on the flow rate. The liquid to be filtered enters the interior of the filter from the inlet. Under the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter, the liquid enters the outer layer of the filter cartridge, trapping larger particles, while smaller particles are captured in the inner layer of the filter cartridge. The filtered clean water that meets sanitary requirements flows out of the filter through the outlet.

Structure

  1. Pressure gauge: Monitor the internal pressure and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter, indicating whether the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced.
  2. Cap: Ensure the isolation between the internal and external environment of the filter, prevent contaminants from entering the filter, and provide necessary strength and rigidity for the overall structure.
  3. Center support rod (multi-element filter): Used in conjunction with the positioning ring to provide necessary support for the filter element and help position the filter element.
  4. Filter element: Filters and separates solid particles, impurities, pollutants, or other suspended substances in the fluid.
  5. O-ring: Ensure the sealing effect between the cap and the filter base, preventing contamination of the filtrate during the filtration process.
  6. Base: Provides stable support for the entire filter, ensuring the overall integrity and stability of the filter during operation.
  7. Quick-connect fitting: Used for the connection between the cap and the filter base, the fitting must meet specific cleanliness and hygiene standards to prevent liquid contamination and bacterial accumulation.
