Cartridge-Type Stainless Steel Precision Filter Accommodates Up To 160 Filter Elements

The cartridge-type stainless steel precision filter typically consists of one or more filter elements. The internally installed microporous pleated membrane filter elements, melt-blown filter elements, or string-wound filter elements all belong to deep filtration, capable of providing higher levels of filtration and purification. They can remove smaller particles and suspended solids and also have a good removal effect on dissolved substances.

Working Principle

Cartridge filters can accommodate one or more filter cartridges according to the flow rate. The liquid to be filtered enters the interior of the filter from the inlet on one side of the filter. Under the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter, the liquid enters the outer layer of the filter cartridge, where larger particles are trapped, while smaller particles are captured on the inner layer of the filter material. The filtered clean water flows out through the outlet on the other side of the filter.

Structure

Top cover: Ensures that the filter cartridge and liquid are in a closed state, providing necessary strength and rigidity for the overall structure.
Bolt (quick coupling): Used to fix the top cover of the filter to the housing, ensuring a tight connection between the two and using gaskets to improve sealing performance and disperse pressure.
Sealing ring: Connects the top cover to the housing to prevent liquid leakage from the filter.
Center support rod (multi-element filter): Used in conjunction with the positioning ring to provide necessary support for the filter element and help position the filter element.
Filter element: Filters and separates solid particles, impurities, pollutants, or other suspended substances in the fluid.
Base: Provides stable support for the entire filter, ensuring the overall integrity and stability of the filter during operation.
Housing: Provides protection and support for the filter element, allowing the filter to work effectively.
