5 different types of high flow stainless steel precision filters.

High-Flow Stainless Steel Precision Filters – High Fluid Capacity

High-flow stainless steel precision filter is aimed at handling high flow rates to meet large-scale process requirements. The high-flow filter element installed inside the filter usually has a larger filtration area and higher flow capacity, allowing it to handle a large amount of fluid to remove suspended particles, solid particles, impurities, and contaminants, ensuring that the quality of the fluid meets the required standards.

Working Principle
A working principle drawing of high flow stainless steel precision filer.

The high flow stainless steel precision filter can accommodate one or more filter cartridges based on the flow rate. The liquid to be filtered enters the interior of the filter from the inlet of the filter. Under the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter, the liquid enters the outer layer of the filter cartridge. Larger particles are trapped in the outer layer of the filter cartridge, while smaller particles are captured on the inner layer of the filter cartridge. The filtered clean water flows out through the outlet of the filter.

Structure
A structure drawing of high flow stainless steel precision filer.
  1. Top cover: Ensures that the filter cartridge and liquid are in a closed state, providing necessary strength and rigidity for the overall structure.
  2. Bolts: usually used in conjunction with nuts to fix the top cover of the filter to the housing, ensuring a tight seal between the two and using washers to improve sealing performance and disperse pressure.
  3. Sealing ring: Connects the top cover to the housing to prevent liquid leakage from the filter.
  4. Center support rod (multi-element filter): Used in conjunction with the positioning ring to provide necessary support for the filter element and help position the filter element.
  5. High Flow Filter Element: effectively removes impurities from the medium flowing through while maintaining a high processing capacity.
  6. Filter Element Seat: provides a sturdy support to ensure that the filter element does not shift even under high flow rate and pressure.
  7. Housing: Provides protection and support for the filter element, allowing the filter to work effectively.
