Working Process

The flow is based on fixed bed softening system.

  • Stage 1: Regenerate (Manual Backwash)

    Start the backwash process, the raw water enters the control valves from water inlet and enters the FRP tanks along the central pipe and bottom distributor. Then the resins floating under water pressure and the resin impurities are removed along the water, then the water will discharge along the top distributor and discharge port.

  • Stage 2: Regenerate

    The raw water enters the control valve from water inlet and enters the brine ejector. The waters flows towards the ejector outlet in a fast speed and produce negative pressure. The brine is drawn into the tanks and flows through the resin layer along the central pipe and bottom distributor to achieve resin regeneration. Then rare water is discharge from the discharge port.

  • Stage 3: Slow wash

    The brine ball valve closed, raw water enters control valve from inlet and enters the tanks through ejector and continue to slow wash the resin layer along the central pipe and bottom distributor to eliminate the resin impurities and brine. Then the water is discharge from the discharge port.

  • Stage 4: Wash

    Raw water enters control valve from inlet and enters the tanks through top distributor and flows towards the resin layer with a large mount of water to thoroughly flush the resin layer and residual brine, then the impurities and residual brine will be discharge out from the discharge port.

  • Stage 5: Filling water and softening

    Raw water enters control valve through inlet and brine ball valve opened at the same time. The water enters the brine tank and filling water. When completing filling, it will star to softening. The raw water enters the control valve from water inlet and enters the FRP tank and resin layer through the top distributor, the softened water is flow along the center pipe and drainage from the outlet. The softening process is complete.

    • N74B is optional which can be top or side-mounted.
